Description **Mission Bay Puppy Rescue is open by appointment only. If you are interested in adopting one of our pups, please fill out an application first on our website and we will call you to make an appointment to visit our pups!** Our mission is to rescue mothers, pups and orphan litters from unsafe conditions. Jackie and her husband are doing such incredibly important work and have saved the lives of so many deserving dogs. They are deeply kind and extremely thorough while selecting safe and responsible forever homes for their lovely rescue pups. I came across a gorgeous little girl puppy who needed a better life than the one she had, but being a three dog home already I was not able to provide her the attention she deserves. Jackie's rescue had a full house at the time, but she still generously worked with me to find this pup a new life. I am forever grateful. As an animal lover I have vowed to always protect them, therefore it was beyond important that the organization I chose was trustworthy. Jackie came very highly recommended by the Humane Society, and based on numerous communications with her, it was clear she cares as deeply as I do. I am overjoyed to report that our little gal is now living a beautiful life in her amazing new home! I can't recommend Mission Bay Puppy Rescue enough to anyone looking for a new four-legged family member, and I'll be back myself for future adoptions.

Jackie and her family are the nicest people!!! They really do their due diligence and make sure the pups find their perfect family. I just adopted my pup Archie from her and he completed our family. He was meant to be our dog and us his parents. Jackie made sure we have everything resource and tool we needed for this adoption. I cannot say enough good things about Jackie and Steve at Mission Bay Puppy Rescue. From the moment we first spoke they were responsive, knowledgable, and compassionate. Our pup had a health scare our first night with her (something that was NOT the fault of Mission Bay Puppy Rescue!) and Jackie and Steve were incredibly helpful and reassuring. They went above and beyond to check in, teach us how to care for her, and reassure us that she would be okay. They even took her to the vet to make sure she was fully cared for before returning her to us, which was well beyond the scope of what they needed to do! We love our little pup so much and are so grateful to Mission Bay Puppy Rescue for bringing her to us.

Jackie and Steve made the whole process very easy and smooth for us, providing us with lots of information and follow up advice whenever we reached out. I just happened upon this rescue while I was wandering the streets of Mission Beach. The pups were playing in their pens. I missed my little guy back home so much, I watched them play for about 30 minutes.
