Love this veterinary clinic. Everyone was so caring and Dr. Kuhn is incredibly skilled in his profession. He immediately diagnosed our puppy and said within 48 hours she should be feeling better. Well, in less than 24 hours, I’m thrilled to report she’s back to her bouncy, happy self. Thank you Randy, Dr. Kuhn and his assistants. We are proud to call you our new care team for our little one.

Extremely disappointed in this place. We adopted our boy from the Seminole Animal Shelter and when we got him he had a fungal infection on his face, which the shelter paid for his visit. The tech (Randy?) was very nice and took his time looking our boy over. They gave us some antibiotics and also some shampoo to get him feeling better. Not a bad first experience. Few months later and i’m needing a replacement rabies tag as our boy lost his. Not only did it take me 3 DAYS to get ahold of anyone, when I did get ahold of the receptionist she was very rude. I had to explain to her over and over how he was rabies vaccinated while he was at the shelter, I was not the one who brought him. I asked her on the phone how much the tag would be and she told me $3, no biggie. I go the next morning to pick it up and totally forgot cash so I ask her if I can use card (which is advertised on the sign up front) and she said yes however it charges a $3 fee. I was like okay i’ll go get cash out i’ll be right back. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get cash out so I went back in and told her I would just use my card. She goes, “it’s still gonna charge $3.” And I go, “that’s okay.” Because I just thought it was gonna charge me an extra $3. At this point she starts getting loud with me and says, “no it’s not okay! It’s gonna charge us $3 and we don’t wanna pay it!” I apologize saying I didn’t realize she meant it would charge them and I also apologized I couldn’t get cash out at the moment. She literally TOSSED the rabies tag and paper at me to the point it fell behind the little desk area and I had to grab it and tossed my card on the counter as well. She yells, “just take the tag!!” Soooo rude and extremely disrespectful over $3. Why advertise you take cards if you’re gonna act like that when someone tries to pay? I was so upset that the free voucher from the vet I got to take our boy for his neuter there means nothing anymore. I will 100% pay to go somewhere else. If they treat people like that, how are they gonna treat my dog when i’m not there.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The woman who is the receptionist was incredibly rude and insensitive every visit. The vets themselves are decent. But the receptionist/assistant made a hard event even worse than it needed to be. Our dog needed to be euthanized and we couldn't afford our normal vet. This vet was cheaper and originally told us they wouldn't be available until after 10 AM. I call around 11 to make sure they're ready and she informs me it won't be until 4. That was too late for us so we scheduled for 10 AM the next day. We arrive the next day to be told that it will have to wait and that they will call us when they are ready with no further details as to what time. We didn't want our dog scared and alone during this but they requested we leave him with them. An hour or so goes by and still no call. I call to ask when and she coldly interrupts me and says "it's already done you can come pick up" when I explained that we wanted to be there and we're informed by her that we were supposed to get a call beforehand to be there with him she interrupted me again and says "LADY, I don't know what to tell you it's done, come get him" when I tried objecting and was obviously upset she hung up. I arrived and picked him up and as I was leaving told her she didn't have to be so rude about this and make the situation harder than it already was she proceeded to claim how we were rude from the get go and was yelling. I yelled back that she has been hateful anytime we've needed services and how she's in the wrong profession if this is how she chooses to be. Needless to say we are not allowed back and she slammed the door in my face. I do not recommend this place. I gave two stars for the vets themselves but it's hard to feel confident in that when they have someone so cold and hateful working there.

Dr. Kuhn diagnosed our cat instantly. He treated our boy and literally saved his life. I highly recommend State Street!
