AMAZINNGGGG. they were so kind to my dog, understood the circumstances and catered to her needs. my dog is very timid and shy but definitely responded to their comfort. they even gave her a spoon of peanut butter to help distract her. vet visit, rabies update, and 1 month flea/tick prescription all for $90. there was no wait, and the vets listen very intently to your concerns and helps you establish a care plan for your animal. i could not recommend this place enough!

They were fast and cordial. We had a check-up and rabies vaccine. My, typically nervous, dog felt at ease and loved the staff. I am going to use them for my future vet needs.

Supposed spay my dog. Tech called saying she snapped at someone. Tried to say she is aggressive. When I got there they did refund the money. One of the Tech walked me back to the area where she was held. My dog saw the Tech first...she never growled...bark or lunged at the cage door. When I turned the corner my dog was laying in the cage shaking. I spoke to a Tech in a blue uniform and she said "She is a Chow". Mind you my dog was on her leash and standing there with her tail completely tucked under her butt and was whimpering. She did not lunge or growl or bark at anyone. I told that Tech she is terrified. Obviously they don't know dog behaviors at all. She even went up to the techs and just smelled them with absolutely no aggressive behavior at all. That Tech is discriminating against my dog because she is chow. My dog came from a pound. To say she is aggressive based on what breed she is, is completely unacceptable for vet office. READ TECH AT TEXAS LITTER CONTROL.... Aggressive dogs try to look large and threatening. Fearful dogs try to look small and invisible. A scared dog will usually: Tuck his tail instead of standing straight and rigid.. Know the difference.

Well organized, clean facility, and fast service. We have taken 4 feral cats to this location in the past 4 days and will continue to use this location. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a cat or dog spayed at a low cost. Three of the cats were pregnant and there was not a extra charge.

They was amazing my cat who don’t like nobody was calm and was letting them touch her so i can tell they treated her well as my first time they reassured me and was very informative too way cheaper than other places for their services
