Thank you 😊 to the EXTREMELY kind Doctor for helping my 15 year old Pomeranian, Misty. I appreciated her and her Assistant looking me in the eyes, and talking with me not AT me, or “about me.” I was so upset with myself for forgetting her ♥️, and cough medicine 💊 .. for our weekend mini vacation. I also appreciate that the Office Manager stepped in and made excellent suggestions to both front desk staff.. to help me. Sadly I did not feel “welcomed” at all by the FRONT of the 🏡. Both seemed sooo busy and unable to be kind, or compassionate unless a “REGULAR customer came in.” Maybe they both need a little mini vacation themselves. I would definitely suggest some more customer service training…on being kind to ALL who walk in your doors needing assistance. Again… as one Animal lover to another I am VERY Grateful to the Doctor, Assistant, and Office Manager for their compassion and kindness. My Misty is so precious to me, she also says hello and thank you. ♥️

I have had horrible experiences in the past, primarily with the staff. I will say, the new office manager has hiring down to a science now! Jennifer is so kind, understanding, and LISTENS! She doesn't make you feel belittled in any way (unlike my past experiences). The new staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, are happy and have wonderful personalities. I'm extremely happy to see this because now I can come back to this clinic and feel comfortable. Thank you!!

Dr. Collier and his staff does an exceptional job caring for our 109 lb German Shepherd Blitz. He gets very anxious at vet visits and the PSJAH staff understands the importance of keeping him calm to put him at ease so they can administer vaccines, draw blood and do his examination. Special shout out to Christy who took the lead on his visit! Thanks so much!

My dog Diesel was seen as an urgent visit today at PSJ Animal Hospital. We’re from out of state and they were kind enough to see him the same day. The staff and Dr were so kind and caring. All of my questions and concerns were met. Thank you Dr Hayden.

Dr Collier is great. I adopted a rescue kitty over two years ago and Dr Collier is the perfect vet, from standard vaccines, and neutering to injuries and such. St Joe Animal Clinic is the place to go!!
