I’ve had all of my pets at Poplar and they take the best care of them. Coming to the end of their lives, everyone was comforting and had several options and recommendations for next steps. Now, with our newest pup Whiskey, he of course loves everyone here! The energy is very positive and welcoming every single time. We have been there quite a bit because our chocolate lab was sick for a while and they were very patient with the millions of questions I asked. They always have your pets best interest at heart. 10/10 recommend.

Love this practice for my 3 yr old yorkiepoo mix Stella! More importantly my pet loves them! She is affectionate to the staff and they are genuinely affectionate right back to her. From the vets to the staff everyone is welcoming and attentive. They are thorough in helping me with my requests or needs for my doggie. I use them for boarding and no one else because she is familiar with the office staff and they always tell me she’s sweet and was a good girl. One sweet young lady even gave my Stella the cutest nickname “Stelly Belly”! Made my day. The providers are thorough about explaining what needs to be done how they’re going to do it and more importantly how much it will cost me. They even go so far as to work with me on what can wait a little longer on to minimize my costs when I explain I can’t afford it all at once. Awesome practice! They are like a family and know most dogs especially their regular’s names when they walk in the door! I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience! My baby was feeling better before we left. The Dr was awesome explained the blood work to me instead of just telling me the results. They gained a new customer with Coco and I!

We were pleased to get in quickly as a new customer with an urgent need for our dog. The exam was very thorough (nose to tail). Treatment was provided at the visit which took less than 1 hour. Our doggie loved it!

They made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog with them while we were on vacation. My dog has a seizure disorder, diabetes, and he’s blind. I knew he was in good hands. Will definitely use them for future boarding needs! Thank you for taking care of my Rocky as if he was your own.
