Love this place, they got me in quick when I was worried about my Willy not doing well. Rachel, all the staff, and Dr Kelly were awesome. Followed up with test results and were so helpful all the way through. It's a bit of a further drive for me, but worth it. I would also like to add (since I cannot remember if I posted back then), several years back Dr Petty did an excellent job on my other cat Sissy's FHO surgery. She healed well and has had no issues since. Great team at this place!

I am never taking my animals to any other place. They girls got Sassy in the same day I called and Doctor took his time and explained it to me everything and put it to where it was very easy to understand. Above and beyond to help you and your pets. The team there do care and you can feel it also.

Absolutely would rate this vet a 11/10 They are simply amazing and they will be backwards for any trouble you’re having with your sweet baby! They are so wonderful about making accommodations for emergencies and getting my dog in when he really needs it! Both doctors are incredibly knowledgable, and they are both very thorough and extreme pride in their work. You can tell everyone there enjoys animals and not just there for the paycheck. I feel like a rarity in veterinarian offices these days. Thank you, Dr. Kelly and Dr. Pettey. You guys are amazing and a god send. And a wonderful shout out to the technicians their work never goes unnoticed either they are such great help as well! I also want to give a shout out to the front desk they do anything on the phone to work magic on getting my puppy in! Love yall!

Dr Pettey is walking us through a weight loss plan. Very helpful and a plan we can work with. He was also instrumental in helping us to treat another dog with sudden seizures and got us connected to the UW Vet School in Madison to help him too.

Pleasant Prairie Animal Hospital has been wonderful and has made me feel comfortable as I have made the transition from my trusted lifelong vet. I have brought my 2 fancy cats and 2 dogs to them without issues. They do not try to upsell any products like some of the other vets in the area. Recently, they advised me that I had scheduled an appointment for something that truly was not needed and was costly, which saved me money. I love the fact that they truly care about the animals. They are personable and if I bring in one pet they actually remember the other pets names… not anything I expect but it shows that they pay attention. I love Rachel, she works the office portion but she is beyond helpful, she tells it how it is and she is hilarious… all qualities I value. I believe that anyone in the area should give this animal hospital a try and see if it is a good fit!

The best professionals work here and these are not empty words! Our kennel has been served in this clinic for a year already, before that we were in another clinics, and we have something to compare with. We have never seen such a sensitive, attentive, caring attitude towards our pets anywhere. Here you will be provided with any qualified assistance from vaccinations to complex operations. And it will be done with excellent quality and the guarantee that your pet will live a full life and be happy. Your pet is happy - You are happy! Highly recommend!!! Five plus 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
